$Monthly rate in dollars per month. All bills included. Rates are subject to change. NO REFUNDS for any reason. Rent is due on the 1st day of the month. After 5 days of non payment there will be a $10 charge per day that payment is late.

We have the right to remove a trailer from the premises due to non payment after 10 days of non payment.

If for any reason law enforcement has to be called due to camper or any camper guest's actions that will result in immediate eviction from said park with no refund.

Pets may not be chained up or kenneled outside. Pets must be inside camper at all times. When outside pet must be on leash and monitored at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up after pet and pet's waste.

NO LIABILITY: Guests hereby indemnifies, releases and holds harmless its officers, owners, employees and agents harmless from any property damages, personal injury, causes of action, loss, expenses, and/or liabilities arising out of or related to guest's use of the even site, the property and/or condition thereon. The campground shall not be liable to the guest for any damages arising out of any actions or negligence on the part of any other campground guest or resident or their families, agents, employees or invitees. Guest agrees to pay the campground for any damages caused by guest, guest's family, agents, invitees or employees.

Please respect other camper's privacy as to not cause excessive noise.

AFFIRMATION

As a customer at Lamb RV Park, I fully understand and accept these rules and any other attached rules. I also agree to leave the park at management's request, if any of these rules and regulations are violated without refund.
